Note: These terms cover use of this website and the informational materials we publish. Construction services are governed by a separate written agreement signed before any work begins. This document will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing https://boiseadu.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We may revise these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
Use of the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes — researching ADUs, requesting an estimate, contacting our team. You agree not to (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, (b) interfere with site availability for other users, (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute the content for commercial use without permission, or (d) use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
Estimates and content
Pricing ranges, timelines, zoning notes, and other information published on the site are general guidance, not a binding offer. Actual project pricing, schedules, and scope are defined in the construction agreement signed by you and BoiseADU.com. The City of Boise’s code, fees, and pre-approved plan program may change without notice; we update our content as we learn of changes, but the city’s published rules always control.

Third-party links
We link to third-party resources — the City of Boise, plan PDFs, lender programs, news articles — for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for the website itself. Our construction services come with their own express warranties spelled out in the construction agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BoiseADU.com isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
